Ha- means sun (prana) and Tha - means moon (mind). We'll look at the teachings and methodologies of how to merge sun/moon or mind/prana so that consciousness can rise. In each class we'll discuss how to make this meaningful in everyday life! We'll start with a look at a particular theme relating to Hatha Yoga, complete a physical (asana) practice, relax with savasana, and finish with a guided meditation/breath (pranayama) practice.
