FOUNDER

Juliet has always had a passion for fitness. Realizing the potential it has to help you feel good to move energy, she decided to begin sharing her passion with others in 2002. The following year, she discovered yoga, and has since wanted to help others find wholeness, wellness, and self-realization through both fitness and yoga.

 
 
 
 
 

My Journey

Finding a magical combination of three particular aspects - fitness, yoga, and meditation as effective, powerful tools in recovering from her own trauma including addiction and PTSD, Juliet became passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and fitness as effective tools for healing and transformation.

Today

Today Juliet is still unraveling some of the trauma from her past, however has accelerated through the difficult times in her life and come out on the other side, realizing that we can either become wise or wounded from our experiences, and that this is the choice that we all have.

Juliet believes in working out and moving your body as much as she does the practice of yoga, and is passionate about helping others on their fitness journey toward discovering their highest potential.
