Private Yoga Session
$125 for 90 min session
Whether you’re just getting started with yoga, or trying to enhance your practice, this class will be tailored to you. Your first session will include an initial Ayurvedic Assessment to see where any imbalances may be occurring on an emotional, mental, or physical level. Follow-up sessions will include a personalized asana, meditation, and mantra practice.

Hatha Yoga & Meditation Class
Ha- means sun (prana) and Tha - means moon (mind). We'll look at the teachings and methodologies of how to merge sun/moon or mind/prana so that consciousness can rise. In each class we'll discuss how to make this meaningful in everyday life! We'll start with a look at a particular theme relating to Hatha Yoga, complete a physical (asana) practice, relax with savasana, and finish with a guided meditation/breath (pranayama) practice.
Restorative Yoga Class
This class is focused on recovery and deep replenishment. Each class centers around a relevant theme and includes the elements of darkness, quiet, stillness, and warmth. Poses are held longer (5-15 min) and are supported with blankets, props, and breath awareness.
This 75-minute restorative practice will improve performance (by allowing much-needed recovery) and regain lost mobility and flexibility. Restorative yoga clears the mind, calms the body, induces deeper sleep and reduces stress. Poses will include supported inversions, deep forward bends, twists, longer holds with an emphasis on deepening exhalations. We'll conclude with a replenishing savasana/meditation practice. Suitable for everyone from beginner to advanced yogis and athletes.

Ayurvedic Assessment- $45 for 90 min session
During this Ayurvedic Assessment we will look to see where any imbalances may be occurring on an emotional, mental, or physical level. We’ll meet to discuss your physical attributes and specifically identify your dosha or areas of imbalance. Additionally, to garner more information and to help us ascertain the proper prescription (diet, exercise, yoga practice, etc) we’ll identify your primary guna or mental attribute. Doshas and gunas intersect to create an indivdual’s spiritual type. A wonderful and fascinating tool!
Meditation practice - $75 for 60 min session
After an initial ayuvedic assessment, a meditation practice session includes some yoga postures (asana) to loosen the body and ready the mind. Followed by a breath (pranayama), visualization and mantra meditation practice. With information from the ayurvedic assessment, the idea is to help empower and encourage you to participate in a daily personalized yoga practice.

Each training session will focus on a personalized workout tailored to your needs and goals. In most cases, we will warm-up and then spend the rest of the time on strength training with cardiovascular intervals (utilizing different modalities ie., kettlebells, medicine balls, free weights, TRX, etc) to maximize caloric burn. Each session ends with a few yoga poses as a cool-down.
Small GRoup FITNESS/personal training CLASSES
Fitness classes
Small group fitness classes are about optimizing caloric burn and having fun while doing so! Each class includes a warm-up, strength and cardiovascular training intervals utilizing different modalities ie., kettlebells, medicine balls, free weights, TRX, etc) and finishes with a brief cool-down. Think Crossfit Light! A vigorous workout appropriate for adults up to seniors with modifications included. $20/class with Zoom or in-person options available. Currently meeting Wednesdays @ 5:30 pm. I would like to offer a Monday @ 5:30 pm in addition to Wednesday. Please email me if you’re interested.
