Join me this Sunday 2/26 for an uplifting Hatha Yoga and Meditation practice based on the Yoga Sutras. We’ll work to cultivate peace by connecting to the pure consciousness within! As inspiration, we’ll use Sutra 2:1 around moving toward Kriya Yoga - Tapas, Svadhyaya, and Ishwara Pranidhana. Class will include a brief discussion followed by asana (postures), mantra (sacred chants), pranayama (breath), and conclude with a meditation for clarity, ease, and peacefulness.
