Join me this Sunday 2/16 for an uplifting Hatha Yoga and Meditation practice based on the Yoga Sutras. We’ll work to cultivate peace by connecting to the pure consciousness within! As inspiration, we’ll use Sutras 2:46, 2:47, and 1:23 to cultivate ease and steadiness while loosening our effort in our asana. Meditation will focus on cultivating a relationship with the Divine through Ishwara Pranidhana. Class will include a brief discussion followed by asana (postures), mantra (sacred chants), pranayama (breath), and conclude with a meditation for clarity, ease, and peacefulness.
