Cycling

Cycling in a group setting is beneficial because participants can push or modify their workouts depending upon what their desiring to achieve on an individual basis. Group cohesion creates an atmosphere where individuals tend to have positive experiences, thus firing up intrinsic motivation - a positive feedback loop!

My Story

Finding yoga and fitness as effective tools from recovering from her own trauma and PTSD, Juliet became passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga, fitness, and meditation as effective tools for healing and transformation.

In recovery from addiction since 1986, a friend recommended that Juliet go see a therapist who specialized in recovery from childhood trauma. While working with this therapist, Juliet additionally discovered the benefits of hatha, kriya yoga, meditation, and mantric practices. Having met Yogarupa Rod Stryker in 2003, he suggested that Juliet continually work with the therapist and continue her practice of kriya and mantra practices daily to help lessen the effects of trauma on a yogic, energetic level.

Juliet is honored to have been an initiate in the Sri Vidya Hiimalayan Yoga Tradition since 2005. She believes in what her teachers and the Himalayan Sages taught - to help ALL people live fearless, joyful, and abundant lives.

Today Juliet is still unraveling some of the trauma from her past, however has accelerated through the difficult times in her life and come out on the other side, realizing that we can either become wise or wounded from our experiences. She believes in thriving especially in the face of calamity, even beyond our control.

Juliet believes in working out and moving your body as much as she does the practice of yoga, and is passionate about helping others both on their fitness journey and inner journey toward their highest potential.
