Each training session will focus on a personalized workout tailored to your needs and goals. In most cases, we will warm-up and then spend the rest of the time on strength training with cardiovascular intervals (utilizing different modalities ie., kettlebells, medicine balls, free weights, TRX, etc) to maximize caloric burn. Each session ends with a few yoga poses as a cool-down.
Small GRoup FITNESS/personal training CLASSES
Fitness classes
Small group fitness classes are about optimizing caloric burn and having fun while doing so! Each class includes a warm-up, strength and cardiovascular training intervals utilizing different modalities ie., kettlebells, medicine balls, free weights, TRX, etc) and finishes with a brief cool-down. Think Crossfit Light! A vigorous workout appropriate for adults up to seniors with modifications included. $20/class with Zoom or in-person options available. Currently meeting Wednesdays @ 5:30 pm. I would like to offer a Monday @ 5:30 pm in addition to Wednesday. Please email me if you’re interested.
